This Privacy Policy describes how Zyneric Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles user data collected from or about users of Card Fiestá (the “App”) distributed on the Google Play Store.

1. Disclaimers, Intended Audience, & Rating

Social Casino Content (Simulated Gambling)

The App contains simulated casino mechanics, including virtual slot machines, card games, or roulette wheels. The App is intended for a mature audience for entertainment purposes only. The App does not offer real-money gambling, cash payouts, or any opportunities to win real money or physical prizes. Virtual coins or tokens acquired via Google Play In-App Billing have zero real-world value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or cashed out.

Age Restrictions & Target Audience

In alignment with Google Play’s Age-Restricted Content policy, this App is strictly rated for and targeted at individuals aged 18 or older (or the legal age of majority in your region). The App is not designed for or enrolled in the “Designed for Families” program. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors under the age of 18. If we discover any such data has been transmitted off-device, it will be deleted permanently from our servers.

2. Google Play Data Safety Disclosures

Google Play requires all developers to outline the exact data categories transmitted off the user’s device. We collect and share the following data types for the precise purposes outlined below:

A. Data Types Collected

  • Personal Information: User IDs (generated randomly or via account creation) and email addresses (if you register an account or use Google Sign-In).
  • Financial Information: Purchase history (records of virtual items or tokens purchased inside the game). Note: All transactions are securely routed through Google Play’s In-app Billing system; we never collect or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or financial passwords.
  • App Activity & Telemetry: App interactions (taps, page views, spins triggered), game history, and in-app choice tracking.
  • App Info and Performance: Technical crash logs, performance diagnostics, and system latency metrics.
  • Device or Other Identifiers: Device IDs, Android Advertising ID (AAID), or hardware serial parameters.

B. Purposes of Processing

In accordance with Google Play’s taxonomy, your data is processed only for:

  • App Functionality: To maintain your game save state, balance your virtual wallet, and allow profile customization.
  • Analytics: To evaluate game performance, optimize random number generators (RNG) for fairness, and resolve bugs.
  • Fraud Prevention, Security, and Compliance: To prevent game modification, protect against automated bots, and preserve structural application security.
  • Advertising or Marketing: To display contextual or tailored advertising (tailored ads rely strictly on standard Google Play Advertising ID policies).

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell user data. To ensure fluid application performance, data is shared with the following categories of third-party organizations or SDKs embedded in our app:

  • Google Services (e.g., Google Play Games Services, Firebase Analytics): Used to log game progress, display global leaderboards, and capture aggregated diagnostic telemetry.
  • Authorized Ad Networks: If you allow personalized advertising on your device, third-party ad networks read your Google Advertising ID (AAID) to serve relevant promotional placements.
  • Automated Security Partners / AI Sub-processors: We may share anonymized game session streams with specialized safety sub-processors to identify bot nets or unfair exploits. This data is entirely stripped of individual user IDs prior to evaluation.

4. Prominent Disclosures and Runtime Permissions

The App complies with Google Play’s standard for on-device transparency. If the App requires access to any sensitive runtime permissions (such as precise location or notifications), it will display a Prominent In-App Disclosure before triggering the Android OS permission dialog.

Our in-app disclosures explain exactly what data is accessed and how it will be used. You must perform an affirmative action (e.g., tap “Accept”) to grant consent. Turning away, tapping outside the dialog box, or backing out will be interpreted as a denial of consent.

5. Security Measures & Data Encryption

All personal and sensitive user data collected by the App is encrypted in transit using industry-standard secure socket protocols (HTTPS / TLS). Data is stored on secure, monitored cloud servers to prevent unauthorized leakage, alteration, or interception.

Request Data Deletion

You can request the permanent removal of your account and all associated game history at any time. To accommodate Google Play’s requirement for a web-accessible deletion path:

  • In-App Path: Navigate to Main Menu > Settings > Account Management > Delete Account.

Upon verification of your request, your personal identifiers and virtual transaction records will be permanently scrubbed or obfuscated within 30 days.
